Question for you: do you have any animal-shaped crystals? Or if you work with power animals or spirit animals, are they in the right color, or are they in the wrong color, or do they have an unnatural color? That is the question. What color is your animal crystal?
It's true that power animals or spirit animals come to people in meditations and in dreams and even in shamanic journeys. And usually in those experiences, some of the animals show up in out-of-this-world colors, or in colors that are not traditionally known in this realm. For example, if you work with wolf energies, you might see a multicolored wolf. If you work with bears, you might see a totem bear, and whatnot. These colors might symbolize a specific energy that you need in this now, and that's why they probably show up in those colors, so that you can absorb that type of frequency.
But at the same time, we all know that animals found in this natural realm have specific colors that are natural to this realm, and they all look a certain way, which usually means they have earth colors or earth tones. For example: elephants, which usually symbolize strength and stability, are usually gray or brown. Bears, which symbolize courage and protection, are usually black or brown, or sometimes white. Turtles are usually brown, green, or black. Lions, which symbolize power and courage, are usually brown, grayish, or yellowish. Owls, my spirit animal, which symbolizes wisdom and intuition, are usually brown and grayish and white. And what about wolves, which symbolize strength, freedom, loyalty? Those are usually brown, black, or white.
Because we all know how animals look in their natural colors, I've been wondering about something: whenever I go to gem shows, I see all these crystal carvings of animals in these wild colors, colors that are not germane to this domain. And it really surprises me, the number of people who are drawn to these things, because I guess it's the cute thing to do, to have something like this. (This is not a crystal, by the way, I'm just putting it here so you get what I'm saying.) But people are drawn to a bright hot-pink cat, to symbolize something. It's pretty and everything, but what does it really mean, if you're working with crystal energy? Unless that cat in that color showed up in your dream or in your meditation or in a shamanic journey in that specific color, I really don't believe that I, especially if it were me, would buy or be drawn to anything that is not in a natural state at the time that I get that thing. The animal must be representative of the truth of what it really symbolizes, for it to effectively affect my energy in the way that I need that energy affected on a deeper level.
I know, and we all know this: there has to be some alignment in truth with the tools we're working with. So when an animal is carved into a crystal and it is not presented to us as what it truly is, when the energy of the crystal is distorted in the name of art and cuteness, or in the name of commercial sales, then that energy is misaligned from the start. But as someone who is aware of how energy works, we want the truth, the natural state of things as they are.
It's almost like working with some of these crystals that have already been burned, like how they sell citrine as something that it really is not. A lot of people are drawn to it because it looks beautiful, and it's for commercial purposes. But we all know that is not the real natural citrine, things like that. That same concept applies to crystals that are shaped in animal form, especially because some of us might be attached to our animal spirits or our power animals. So we really need them to be presented to us in the right shape and color. Cuteness is nice, but I don't believe it's the greatest thing to work with distorted images or distorted, corrupt images, because these things can really throw you off balance. You might wonder why certain things are happening to you, or not happening for you, or why certain things are not being fulfilled, and it's simply, sometimes, because the thing that you're working with, the tool that you're working with, is really not in the right state.
I'm not saying this applies to all situations. Sometimes some of these things can be overridden, because the higher guys and the way consciousness works sometimes bypasses these tools. I'm just talking about this in case you need to be aware of certain things, and just in case you might be wondering about certain things occurring as a result of you introducing an animal that doesn't look the way it needs to look, or working with certain energies.
I mean, what do you guys think about these things? I always believe that things just need to be the way they need to be sometimes, because I know how energy flows, and does not flow.
