Today I want to share something that has become such an important part of my life now that it's very clear to me that I'm good. I'm good with how things are. These days I'm so unbothered by things that used to bother and trigger me, and I'm just like, you know what, that whole FOMO thing. Fear of missing out, for those who don't know what FOMO is these days.
I'm just in the camp of no more FOMO, and it feels so good. I don't feel bad about things the way I used to feel bad about things. In the past, before I started these activation and clearing processes in my body, I used to feel some type of way when people close to me, my friends, would not inform me about the things they were doing, or would by accident kind of leave me out of their processes, or do things without telling me. And these are people that I kind of expected would tell me because I was close to them. Or I would be the last person to know information that was shared within that circle. Or I wouldn't even know at all, and then if I would ask someone to tell me, like, "Oh, I told you." No, you did not tell me. "Oh, I thought you knew." No, I did not know. And then I would feel really betrayed and really hurt by things like that.
You know what I mean, when you have a friend and you think you're close, and you're talking to this person almost every day, and they are doing things, or things are happening in their lives, major things that you think sometimes you're privy to, and then it makes you question: Oh my gosh, what kind of relationship did I even have with this person if I'm the one who thinks I'm close to this person, and they're not telling me this kind of information? Or this is something happening in the family and I have no idea about it, and I think I should know because I'm Caroline. Okay, you know what I mean, but I don't know that information, and those things would hurt me so badly sometimes. I'd just be processing myself after finding out things like that.
Or if people would go out to a place and I'm like, oh my gosh, this person is there, how come I don't know anything about this? I mean, it sounds petty, but I'm telling you, these are the little things that could really bring out resentment or anger or bitterness. And it's good, because those things were happening so that I could really do a clearing within myself. Or I'd feel betrayed, or struggle to let things go, and then sometimes I would say things like, "Okay, I've forgiven this person," and I cleanse myself and I try to align myself, which obviously was not alignment, because that thing would keep coming back, circling back, and then I'd fall back into the same loop.
Until now. I have reached a point where when things like that happen, which is now rare, because these things are no longer in my frequency and there's no lesson for me, which is great, things are always going to keep repeating themselves sometimes because you haven't really finished the clearing process. And as soon as you work through that issue in truth, and you clear that thing out in truth, that thing no longer has a frequency match, so it will not show up in your experience. And usually, if those things keep coming and repeating in your experience, that's your sign that there's still something there that needs to be looked at. The person who's triggering that experience is playing a role to help you evolve: you see this thing, and then you work through it, and then you evolve, and you become much cleaner and lighter and whatnot.
So anyway, that's how it usually works out for me. And on a higher level, no one is good or bad, people are just playing roles to help each other see what needs to be seen so that everyone can evolve. It takes a while to even understand or grasp that, because you can get so irritated by certain things and certain people and try to blame them. But there's no blaming anyone. All these people, and everyone, and every experience, is on a higher level for our highest good. And I'm sure most of us understand that by now.
Anyway, I'm no longer triggered by these kinds of things. I no longer experience FOMO. I've noticed these days that I'm okay. I love my own company. I love my own space. I am confident in just not being part of things that have no depth, conversations that have no depth, friends that have no depth. It doesn't matter who it is, I'm not afraid to say no to anyone without a problem, without feeling guilty, without feeling that I have to compensate in one way or another because I said no. I'm okay being left out. I'm okay when things don't look the way I think they need to look. I'm just okay letting things fly, and this is amazing to me, because the type of person that I am, usually I'm very regimented, very particular in the way I conduct my processes, so when things are really out of place, I can tend to lose my mind. But I have noticed that I'm not triggered anymore. That shows and is a great indicator for me that something has really, really changed. I've let go of that emotional attachment to things, and that has just made me so excited.
Because these days, I'm just walking around, and very little triggers me. I'm unbothered. I just love the people that I engage with, and I don't even care if there are people on the digital, you know what I mean? Because these people on the digital, you've never seen them, you've never met them, but they can really bring out the best in you, and you can feel some type of aliveness with these real people that communicate, that are not soulless. And hopefully one day we shall meet. Maybe this is the way things are at the moment. Okay, let people be digital, but they really provide value. They really provide activations. They expand us so much. We are so blessed. We might all be physically apart, but we are all united by the intertubes.
So maybe this is one of the good things about the intertubes, and obviously it is, because a lot of us have changed since the age of technology, or since the internet became the thing and social media became the thing. Soon social media will probably crumble. Who even knows the way things are going? I'm still thinking that communities are going to come together, but in a different kind of way. I'm not sure under what kind of settings. I don't know, but maybe it's going to be some kind of telepathic thing that's going to be connecting everyone together. Who knows how these things are going to work out? But anyway, let's see. Hopefully we are not invaded so much by AI that people even get lost in the whole mix.
So tell me, do you still experience FOMO, or you just don't care? Let me know in the comment section. I love you. Stay strong. Bye.
