Are you one of those people who can't sleep at night, or have trouble sleeping at night, or wake up between 1am and 3am in the morning, or between 3am and 5am in the morning, or between 5am and 7am in the morning, even though I know that's the time usually that a lot of people wake up, 6am, 7ish. But if you wake up between 1am and 3am or 3am and 5am in the morning, this is going to be really interesting for you, because it might help you work with the energies that wake you up at those specific times.

I was talking to a friend of mine the other day, and they happened to tell me something which was really, really interesting. In Chinese medicine, there's all these things about how the meridian works. They have this whole body system, and how to work with different kinds of energies, and how different meridians work and how they control different things. This friend of mine was telling me about how they even wake up between 1am and 3am.

And this caught my eye, because for some reason in the last few weeks or something, me, who sleeps so well and so deeply, started waking up at around 2am or 3am, and then I would have trouble sleeping. And then maybe at around 5 or 5:30, when I'm supposed to be up and going out to do my workout, that's when I'd be feeling like, "Oh my gosh, I need to start sleeping." And then of course, me being me, would start wondering: oh my gosh, what happened through the night? Why is it that my energy was disrupted? Because I'm just that kind of person.

Anyway, this was so interesting to me. This conversation was so interesting to me, and I just think I should share it, because it helped me understand something, and I did it, and it worked. And I'm just like, okay, let me just share it out there. It might help someone.

So from an energy point of view: if you've been having consistent trouble sleeping, especially if you've been waking up between 1am and 3am, according to traditional Chinese medicine, that time frame represents the liver meridian. That is the time when the liver meridian is doing its thing. That's when the liver meridian is really active. And energetically, the liver represents anger. So if you're one of those people who wakes up between 1am and 3am consistently, think about it energetically. Think about the anger issues that you might be holding on to, or the ones that need to be processed in your life. Just let go of these things. Just let go.

Go back to 28 days before this thing happened. A week before this thing happened. A day before this thing happened. The hours before this day happened, when you're feeling this anger. You just have to dig deep. How angry have you been in the last month? How angry have you been with something, someone, in a situation, or whatever? And just let it go. Because these things, they manifest, and you hold on to them, and you're not really aware. And then you start waking up between 1am and 3am, and your body, and your spirit guides, and whoever, your soul is telling you: there's something that you need to be focusing on and letting go of.

And you know how sometimes things are happening that you're really not aware what they are? But then your body and your spirit helps you, especially when you're in deep sleep, that time when your subconscious is asleep and your defenses are down, and then these things come up. So maybe think about how angry you've been, and just let that thing go. These are energy issues that you can quickly process out, and your body helps you, your spirit helps you, everything helps you.

So 1am to 3am: liver issues. And then if you wake up between 3am and 5am, usually that's the time for the lung area issues, heart chakra issues. So think about the sorrow, the grief, the inability to breathe in life, the things that are holding you back, the way you are oppressing yourself to the point where you can't even breathe. Even if it's a job that's just taking your breath away, the feeling of loss, the depression that you've been experiencing in your life, like in the last 28 days, if you really have to go back that far, or in the last one week, or just in the day, whether it's a person, a situation, a circumstance, whatever it is that has anything to do with the heart chakra, or that is preventing you from breathing in life: just think about those things, and just let it go. And sometimes it's just as simple as letting it go. There are so many complex things that you can hold on to, but it doesn't help. It's not helping anymore. In this time and age, we just have to let go of that baggage. I mean, it's hard. I know how hard it is. Even I deal with this thing on a consistent basis. But we've got to just let these things go, so that we can allow new energies to come in.

I know, I know, I know, I know. So anyway, between that time, if you keep on waking up, remember that it's probably your higher guidance bringing this to your attention: that you need to breathe, that you need air. You need to free yourself. You need to be liberated. The depression has to go. The sorrow has to go. The heart chakra issues, and the lung chakra issues, and even the throat chakra issues, because when you can't breathe, you can't speak. And that's why sometimes you cough a lot, like something is trying to come out. The coughing, the dry mouth, the dry air. All these things are just related energetically, and also physically, and they tie into everything. So just let it go.

So those are for the 3-to-5am people. Right.

So again, if you keep waking up between 5 and 7, which is usually the normal time for a lot of people to wake up for whatever reason, but then if you're the type of person that wants to kind of sleep in, and it's always happening that you're always up at 5 and you have nothing better to do, yeah, think about it. That timeframe is the timeframe for your large intestine time. And this is just about digestive issues: the things that you can't take in, the things that are backed up, the things that you need to let go of.

So when you wake up those times, just think about: what is really trying to tell me? What do I need to let go of? What's making me constipated? What's making me backed up? Because you don't need these things. Just let it go. Who is the person? What is the circumstance? What's the situation? If this is a consistent thing, man, flush it out. Flush it out. There's just no playing anymore.

So I hope this can help someone to process what's happening to them that's preventing their ability to sleep, because sleep is very important. It's very restorative. It's needed. It's crucial. It really helps to harmonize and balance someone. So that's it. I love you guys. Let me know what you think, though. And I'll see you next time. Bye.
