Last month I went without wearing my crystals, and I'm definitely not going to be doing it again. Nope, I won't be doing it again, and I'll tell you why in a minute. But first, if you are a crystal lover and you've been wearing your crystals consistently for a long time: how long have you gone without wearing your crystals? What's the longest time period, and what did you notice? What did you experience? What did you observe?

Let me know in the comment section, because I did it, and oh my god. Oh my god, never again. I've been working with crystals for a long time, and they support me in many, many areas, including my spiritual life, my physical life, my mental life, my emotional life, everything. Crystals have just been my thing, especially when it came to awakening and really evolving and growing in my own personal life.

But in spite of all these things that I use crystals for, the main thing that really drew me to start working with crystals was my emotions, especially anger, which really used to affect my mood. And I've talked about this in several videos: specific crystals that I have used successfully to help me bring this under control. So it's an open secret, and I must say I've really been successful at it. Anywho, last month I decided to do an experiment. I decided not to wear any of my crystals on my physical body for one month. Yep, one month. And keep this in mind: I have been wearing crystals on my physical body consistently for eight years without fail. But I decided to take them all off and experiment and see how my emotions would be affected. Remember, my emotions were one of the first things that drew me to start working with crystals.

So I wanted to see: how would I feel without my crystals after all these years? How would I feel emotionally? How would I feel in terms of my mood, my attitude? How would I behave without my crystals on me, helping and supporting me in different situations that were challenging for me? How would I feel? Would I feel good all the time? Would I be moody? Would I feel bad all the time? What kind of person would I be? I was curious.

I wanted to know whether my energy had gotten so used to having the crystal energy on it that I would feel something or nothing or whatever, those kinds of interesting things. I just wanted to experiment with this so I could know whether it really mattered whether I wore the crystals on my body or not. And oh my god, let me just tell you: it was a long month. It was a long 30 days. It was a long four weeks, and I am not going to be doing it again, I tell you, that is for sure. I am not going to be trying to exist without my crystal babies, my loving companions, my healing friends, those that work with me in this journey in this lifetime. And I'm even more convinced that these crystal beings are my definite support system, and they are on all levels, at least for me, the best spiritual tools. I am truly, truly blessed to have been awakened to their presence, to their energy, and to have fallen, raising in love, with them. And if you love your crystals, maybe you feel the same way as I do.

But let me also be clear about this: this specific video is about a specific observation that I made based on a specific aspect of an experiment, which is my emotions and how I felt without the crystals on my physical being after having worn them consistently for a long period of time. So this is just related to the emotional aspect of my experiment. Even though there's other things, physical body, mind, spirit, which is all connected, this specific one is just about the emotional observation. Okay? All right.

Anyway, the first week without my crystals started off fine. Everything was so nice and everything was so calm and everything was so good. And remember, I was doing an experiment, so my observation and my keenness in terms of noticing what was going on with me was really on point.

And if you've been watching my videos regularly, you may have heard me saying several times how it is very important for me to notice what's happening with my energy or how different things affect me. And I also always encourage you to do the same, to kind of notice what's going on with your energy and how different things are affecting you, because I always believe that it's just not worth it, at least for me these days, to just do things for the sake of doing things. It's very important to know why we are doing certain things, why we're working with certain tools and whatnot. Because who just wants to fly around blindly or just kind of wing things? And even though it seems like the easiest option to just be asleep to a lot of these things sometimes, well, for certain people it's not exciting. It's not exciting for me. So I like to pay attention to things like this, to know how my energy is being affected by different things.

And then I also truly, truly believe that once you have experienced something for yourself, then you can truly share those kinds of things in truth, because they're coming from an authentic place where you have walked the talk, so you can at least share it and at least come from some genuine kind of place, which I think is such a really good place to come from when we're helping each other and sharing information in different kinds of digital format or even in real life. Who wants fake things? Everybody wants kind of truth. Speak the truth from your heart, how you know it, and share it. I believe it's a much more helpful place to come from, and I know many of you agree with me.

Okay, anyway, week one was great, and I was feeling like, oh wow, this is great, I feel awesome. And I'm carrying the energy of the crystals that I usually wear. This energy is already well integrated in my physical body; it's all well integrated in my energetic body. It's awesome. Thank god for the black tourmaline that I always wear. Its energies are on me, my rhodonites, my red garnets, all those beautiful crystal combinations or whatever it is that I've been working with are doing me good and serving me right. Right now I feel awesome.

That was the general vibe of the first week of not wearing my crystals. But let me tell you: when week two came around, things changed. I started unraveling. I started noticing how my emotions were going off balance. I started being on edge. I was edgy. I was so tense. Something completely changed in the second week of me not wearing crystals. I was getting so irritated and so angry at the tiniest little things, and it was happening so quickly.

It wasn't like a gradual step, like, oh, on the second day of the second week I was noticing a shift in my energy or in my emotions. No. It was just like I suddenly noticed that I was angry on a specific day in that week. It was just deep and intense anger, irritation, mood swings and whatnot. I was just like, oh my gosh, what just happened? It was like I suddenly just crashed, and then it became total crap from that point, for the rest of the two weeks before the last week of the month, those two weeks were horrible.

I felt like my hormones were totally out of balance, and it's not periods, okay. But my mood definitely changed for the worst, and I found myself hovering daily between the emotions of anger and negative mental thoughts about myself, and especially about others. It was crazy. If someone crossed my path in a bad way, I would just be automatically going on the wrong side of things. It was just like, oh my gosh, Caroline, what are you doing? What are you thinking? It was wild. The thoughts were like, oh, well, it's not me, it's them, and they're really, really bad. Not me, them. So I really had to kind of bite my tongue as well, because I was really getting pissed off at people.

In fact, someone made the mistake of noticing my mood and asking me whether I was feeling depressed. Oh my gosh, I jumped on that person so bad. I was like, oh shoot, shoot, shoot, shoot. It was really something else. So that was part of my experiment. I had to continue through the process, and meanwhile I was trying to really get myself emotionally together, but it was a real, real struggle. It was hard for me to really focus on my emotions and bring things in balance. Meanwhile, I still kept doing every other thing that I had to do daily. It was a struggle, but I wasn't really enjoying those things. Thankfully the results were still there because, you know, you put in the work, at least you get the results, but it was just so, so hard. And I was really, really shocked at myself, to be quite honest, at how I was not able to really, really bring myself in balance.

Because I kind of felt like there were so many things coming into my life experience at that particular time that I didn't like, and because I was having all these negative emotions, and they kept piling up, and I was trying to control myself and control other people and control my emotions and feel good. Inside me there was all this raging feeling about different kinds of things, and I was thinking about things negatively, and it was kind of hard for me to come into balance. And of course I wanted to. But anyway, it was an experiment, and I was just like, okay, let me see how much more I can take of this. So week two and three were really, really tough weeks for me, and that's the honest-to-god truth. And I was really, really shocked. I was like, Caroline, what's wrong with you? Okay, whatever, whatever, whatever. Anyway, that's what happened.

So now week four comes along. This is the final week. And week four was very, very different from week one, which was amazing, and week two and three, which were horrible. Week four of my experiment ended up not being so bad, which was such a huge relief for me. I noticed that I was still on edge, but I was better able to manage my emotions. I was better able to balance things out. I was better able to calm myself down quickly. It was much, much quicker. My mind had cleared a lot more in that time frame, and things were just a little bit better. I was more tolerant with others, tolerant with myself, and I even managed to have a few genuine laughs with some people. I managed to enjoy myself. I managed to have some very inspiring conversations with some people. I was generally feeling good in week four. So in reviewing this little experiment of mine, what I think made week four a good week was the idea that, in my mind, I knew the experiment was about to be over and I was about to be reunited with my crystal babies. I could feel the energy and the pull of my crystals also calling me. And the fact that I knew that, well, in a few more days this was going to be over and me and my crystals would be reunited, it's almost like my crystals are my babies and they have been away from home and they're coming home to mama. And I feel that pull, and I feel the call, and I want them and they want me. And it was just that whole psychology of the whole thing that made me start feeling so much better.

And in the meantime, what I had done is that I had cleansed my crystals and I had placed them out to charge for one whole month, and they were looking nice and happy and renewed and recharged. And honestly, I really couldn't wait for the fresh reunion and continued love and friendship between me and my crystal babies.

I couldn't wait, and I am not planning to do this experiment again unless I am guided to. I am not planning to part with my crystal babies. They're always, always going to be somewhere on my physical body. This is just how wonderful I feel when I'm wearing my crystals, and I'm just being honest about this. I love, love, love, love, love, love, love my crystal babies being on my being, either as pendants or as bracelets. That's it. The baby's got to stay with mama.

So crystal lovers: what's the longest time you've ever been without wearing your crystal babies, and how was it for you? Let me know in the comment section. And until next time: crystal love forever. Okay, I love you guys. Bye.
